I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, from the stunning decor to the hospitable staff. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, with great attention to cleanliness. The location is perfect, with easy access to both the tourist spots and transportation options. The breakfast served was top-notch, with plenty of options to choose from. Above all, the staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived, with excellent communication and helpful tips on places to visit.
No negative aspects to mention.

The air conditioning was good and the bed seemed clean. the location was nice because it was easy to find and there was parking close by.
The staff was not very helpful or friendly. We asked them to call a taxi for us, but they forgot and we almost missed our appointment.

The hotel is situated near major tourist attractions which is a plus. Our room was clean and had air conditioning. Staff was hospitable but had limitations. Breakfast was included in the stay and we could arrange tours through the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning.
That our room didn't have a window, which made it a bit stuffy at times. However, this was a minor issue compared to the wonderful experience we had at this hotel.

My recent stay at Riad Fes Madaw was absolutely wonderful. The staff, especially Ali, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, organized tours, and arranged taxis. The room was beautifully decorated and exceeded my expectations. The location in the Medina was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The breakfast and dinner provided were delicious and offered a traditional Moroccan dining experience. I would highly recommend staying at Riad Fes Madaw to anyone visiting Fes. I had an amazing experience and would definitely return in the future.
